Daniel Zysblat Presents the Benefits of Using a Personal Trainer

Even the most motivated people can start to lose sight of their fitness goals, especially towards the end game, it might seem like no matter what you try you cannot shift those remaining few pounds. A keen gym goer himself, Daniel Zysblat often utilised a personal trainer (PT) instead to give that extra little push and perhaps most importantly, set new goals. What follows is a short guide to the key benefits of using a PT to plan your fitness regime.

Nothing says motivation more than having already forked out for extra sessions with your PT. Paying for your gym membership can soon fade into the background each month but that extra expenditure of laying out for a PT can make all the difference in making sure you turn up to every lesson and work that little bit harder. Don’t forget that as paid professionals they are also going to make the most of every lesson, tailor it to suit you and come up with a bespoke fitness plan.

It’s raining outside, you’re tired and had a long day in the office. Training on your own means that nobody is going to make you feel guilty for using those excuses as a way to get out of going to the gym. A PT will though, and every time that you miss a session they are only going to make the next one harder so you better show up to each one.

The internet means that the world’s information is at your fingertips, but sifting through all of it can become a huge chore and the same goes for picking a nutrition or fitness plan. PTs will talk you through a variety of options that will suit your lifestyle and medical background and more than likely, surprise you with a tasty, health meal plan that will produce results. Trainers will be able to spot unhealthy fad diets from a mile away and point you in the right direction far quicker than Google ever could.

One of the biggest benefits of using a personal trainer is of course, the fact that they can help prevent overexertion and injury. Yes, they are going to push you to your limits, but at the same time they will examine your form and keep an eye on your weak points. Take their criticism in your stride and listen to your PT when they recommend you slow down before you hurt yourself. They are the experts after all.

Arsenal have title-calibre squad

Arsenal FC, the London-based club that calls the Emirates stadium home, is considered one of the top clubs in the EPL. However many were anxious about the club’s chances as Arsenal has been on a long title-drought that’s approaching a decade. The last time it won a Premier League was in 2004, when coach Arsene Wenger put together a strong squa
d that went on an unbeaten run. In successive years, Arsenal have always been considered among the contenders, only to see ambitions dashed by injuries or poor performance in clutch situations.

However, successive FA Cup wins in the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons gave fans like Daniel Zysblat, and pundits hope that Arsenal might translate their attractive style of play into a Premier League title. Soccer Saturday analyst (and former Arsenal striker) Charlie Nicholas belongs in that camp, as given by his perspective of Arsenal’s performance four games into the 2015-16 season. Despite losing the opening game to another London club, West Ham, Nicholas believes the team has what it takes to life the trophy.

Arsenal’s noteworthy addition during the summer was Petr Cech, a goalkeeper revered and respected across the league for his goalkeeping heroics during his time at Chelsea FC, one of Arsenal’s fiercest cross-town rivals.

Even though Wenger didn’t splash out huge sums for an outfield player, the team is relying on its cast of established stars (Cech, Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud, Mesuit Ozil, Santi Cazolra) and upcoming youngsters (Oxlade-Chamberlain, Francis Coquelin) to play well and guide the team to success.
Since the English Premier League (EPL) was established in 1992, it has prided itself on being on the top soccer leagues in the world. World class talents like Cristiano Ronaldo and Thierry Henry became household names during their playing days for England, while others like Wayne Rooney and John Terry are the home-grown stars who’ve made it in the league.

The EPL’s popularity has been boosted by a number of factors, including the vast financial investments made by teams and broadcasters in an effort to improve the quality of the product on the field. Indeed, the Premier League is a very valuable business, and the regular participation of English clubs in the lucrative European club competitions serves to add more resources to clubs’ coffers.
Arsenal fans will be on the edges of their seats as the club’s strong squad has given them the best chance of winning the competition in a long time. It is now up to the players to show the determination to take it to the final.

Spinning Your Way to a Healthy Heart

It’s important to eat healthy and exercise, but knowing which exercises will help you most in the long run can be a difficult task if you aren’t armed with the help of a personal trainer. There are a few activities, however, that can provide a host of health benefits, one of which is spinning. Often overlooked by many while at the gym, spinning boasts a range of benefits that can forge a significant impact on health. Daniel Zysblat is an active member of his community, and engages in spinning classes twice a week to reap the benefits of this high-intensity workout. Make the most out of your gym time by engaging in a grueling spinning class to get your heart pumping.
Spinning can be the perfect activity if it’s a cross-training protocol you seek. Spinning classes can strengthen both your heart and lungs with its five Energy Zones, which develop anaerobic and aerobic fitness at once. Spinning’s Endurance Energy Zone is intended to get your heart pumping at 65 to 75 percent its maximum heart rate in order to improve endurance and build an aerobic base. Once this base is established, you can then progress to the Interval Energy Zone. During this time, you will strive to hit 50 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate, going as high as 92 percent during short anaerobic intervals. There are many benefits to spinning. Repeatedly exposing your muscles to this type of high-intensity exercise can improve resistance to fatigue, as well as teach the body to recover quickly after completing a particularly challenging workout regimen. Additionally, integrating spinning into an already-existing weight training routine can enhance caloric expenditure, in turn reducing body fat over a prolonged period. One study by Harvard’s medical school showed that an intense 30-minute period of stationary cycling can result in more than twice the calorie expenditure. If you’re interested in losing fat and gaining muscle and have been engaging in resistance training only, incorporating Spinning into your normal exercise routine can provide a significant increase in your caloric expenditure, as well as strengthen your lower body. Engaging in regular spinning workouts can also help reduce your risk of injury, which can occur during training without deliberate periodization. This can result in muscle imbalances and other injuries caused by overtraining. Low-impact workouts like indoor cycling may also decrease the stress on joints compared to other activities.

Petr Cech seals £10m Arsenal move and tweets goodbye to Chelsea fans

Football is a game in which attacking players grab most of the headlines and spotlight. When a list of greatest players is put together, offensive players take up most of the spots. The odd defensive mastermind may be included but is less likely that goalkeepers get as much love.

Of course, there are some outstanding goalkeepers that have been revered both in the league and globally. Chelsea Football Club (FC) has been fortunate to have a few talented goalkeepers. Peter Bonetti was a fan favorite in the 1960s and ‘70s and played an instrumental role in the FA Cup winning side of that era.

none

Bonetti was Chelsea’s first Player of the Year, and subsequent generations of footballers provided the likes of Carlo Cudicini and Eddie Niedzwiecki, both of whom collected the Player of the Year accolade in their playing years. The goalkeeper position had never been regarded as a problem for Chelsea, and so the signing of Petr Cech during the 2003/04 Premier League season didn’t raise many eyebrows. Indeed, few fans would have predicted the impact Cech would have for the club.

One Champions League, one Europa Cup, four Premier League, four FA Cups and three League Cups later and it’s widely considered that Cech was one of the biggest impact players in Chelsea’s history. His individual honors include being named Premier League Golden Glove winner three times; UEFA Best Goalkeeper three times; Chelsea’s Player of the Year in 2011; among others. In his Czech Republic homeland, he’s has been honored as the Czech Footballer of the Year on seven occasions.

The move

But all good things come to an end at some point, and after 11 years at Stamford Bridge, Petr Cech said goodbye to the club where he had set records and won 13 major trophies. After failing to dethrone Thibaut Courtois as the club’s number one goalkeeper, he sought a move out of Chelsea. Premier League clubs rarely sell star players to rivals, so it came as a surprise to many that Chelsea would allow him to move to fierce London rivals Arsenal FC.

For Arsenal fans such as Daniel Zysblat, Cech’s move to Arsenal was good news. French club Paris Saint-Germain were keen to sign the goalkeeper, but Cech wanted to stay in the Premier League and was looking forward to playing with the Gunners. Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho wasn’t quite keen to see one of his most decorated players move to a cross-town rival, but owner Roman Abramovich had the final say on the move.

Saying farewell

To show his appreciation to the fans and the Chelsea community, Cech penned a farewell letter that was posted on the club website. In the letter, he acknowledges that he never thought leaving Chelsea would happen, given the incredible journey and history he’d made with teammates. However, the limited playing time during the 2014/15 season had given him enough time to refresh mentally and realise he badly wanted more challenges. For him, the quality and challenge of the Premier League was irreplaceable; he wanted to keep playing in the league.

Most importantly, Cech thanked the fans that supported him over the years. To him, the incredible 11-year journey was one he would never forget.

A new era – at Arsenal

In moving to Arsenal, Cech signed a four-year deal worth £10m. Arsenal, though not in great need of a keeper, benefit from having him on the side. Additionally, Cech ended his Chelsea with 228 clean sheets, a record in the league. His goal-stopping prowess was needed because while the Gunners can score goals, they have problems conceding them.

Cech’s presence can help the younger Arsenal keeper, Wojciech Szczesny, to improve. Thrust into the starting role while still green and having lacked a mentor to learn from for much of his Arsenal career, Szczesny could learn a lot from the veteran goalkeeper. Rather than cause his career to falter, Cech’s move might be what the younger goalkeeper needs to become a top performer.

With Cech, Arsenal is a better side. That he’s the impact player they’ve been looking for to challenge for the title remains to be seen. He didn’t have to wait long to face his former club either. The two sides were slated to meet in the season-opening Community Shield match.

At 33 years of age, some have said that it is possible that Cech might not pan out to be the goalkeeping ace he’s been revered for. But such thinking would be speculative, and the general feeling is that he is a good goalkeeper that might turn out to be a quality signing for Wenger.

Tennis News with Daniel Zysblat: Murray Suffers Earliest Grand Slam Exit in Five Years

UK tennis superstar Andy Murray suffered his earliest Grand Slam exit in half a decade at Flushing Meadows after being beaten over a gruelling four sets by South African Kevin Anderson. Fans including Daniel Zysblat watched the emotional game, in which Murray lost 7-6 (7-5) 6-3 6-7 (2-7) 7-6 (7-0) over four hours and eighteen minutes of intense play and broke his eighteen Grand Slam streak of making it at least as far as the quarter finals. The same tournament saw women’s singles player Jo Konta lose over two sets to Petra Kvitova, dashing Britain’s hopes of having both a male and female player reach the quarter finals of a Grand Slam for the first time in 38 years. Online property auction CEO Daniel Zysblat and other British fans are now hoping that Murray will be back on form in time for the tennis in London in November.

Murray reported disappointment following his defeat, pointing out the many years’ hard work that had gone into building his eighteen year run of reaching the quarter final round or higher. Emotions were certainly running high, with the crowd seeing Murray argue with the umpire and smash his racquet between the second and third sets – good news for the lucky spectator who got to take the broken racquet home, but bad news for Team Murray. 15th seed Kevin Anderson will now go on to play Stan Wawrinka in his first ever Grand Slam quarter final.

Kevin Anderson is certainly an opposing opponent on the court, standing at six feet and eight inches and bringing a 69-ace imposing serve record into the match. Despite Anderson’s imposing presence, however, Murray has managed to beat him on the last five out of six encounters. British fans saw light at the end of the tunnel partway through the third set as Murray began his come-back three consecutive wins. However, it was not to be this time as Anderson took the fourth set and the match. Experts have stated that Murray may have played too defensively and failed to play his best at the longer rallies that are usually his speciality. Murray will now be preparing for the ATP World Tour alongside other qualified players including Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Stan Wawrinka.
