About

Thanks for taking the time to peruse the Blogspot page for Daniel Zysblat, successful attorney and businessman. Here, you will gain an insight into Daniel’s accomplishments, interests and his plans for the future.

In 1991, Daniel entered the University College London’s law school, and it was there that his legal career began. After graduating in 1994, he moved quickly into the private sector. His first position out of law school was at Bude Nathan Iwanier, where he served for 17 years. Then in 2012, Daniel began a consultant and conveyancing surveyor position at Rexton Law Firm. The firm, located in Hertfordshire, focuses primarily on purchasing and selling residential and commercial real estate properties. This aligns closely with Daniel’s expertise, as the majority of his career has focused on real estate and property, with a specialisation on tenant and landlord disputes. In March 2015, he left his position at Rexton in pursuit of a new business opportunity selling properties online.

Though his long resume in the private sector speaks for itself, Daniel also has a proven track record as a magistrate, having served the bench for a 10-year period in Brent and Hendon. At that time, at just 30 years of age, he was the youngest member of the magistrate, and in 2010, his colleagues appointed him to the bench development and training committee, which further acknowledged his leadership and talent.

Daniel remains engaged as a director of several firms, such as Lotsofproperty Ltd. and EV Law Limited. He is also committed to supporting non-profit organisations that help those in need, specifically children with disabilities and health disorders. For example, he actively supports Camp Simcha, a camp for children with cancer, blood disorders, or other chronic illnesses. He also supports One Family UK, Kisharon, and Norwood.

Daniel is an avid traveller and reader, and is passionate about politics and sports. When he isn’t focusing on his career, he can be found with a John Grisham of Jeffrey Archer novel, or in the stands supporting Arsenal Football Club. He also takes care of himself through spinning and personal training classes.
